Are you Grieg Seafoods new Global Finance Officer?

Grieg Seafood is seeking an experienced leader who can further develop our finance group.

As Global Finance Officer (GFO), you will play a key role in providing financial and business decision support to the CFO. You will ensure that finance processes are streamlined and improved throughout the company, including the successful implementation of a new ERP system.

Furthermore, as GFO you will:

• Establish direction and strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies. 
• Build a high-performing team, including performance management and development of future talents and key personnel, as well as manage, motivate, coach, and inspire associates on the team.
• Support the business areas with forecasts, analysis and performance data.
• Ensure that the budget processes are followed and delivered according to the timeline with the highest quality
• Follow up on investments

We are looking for a candidate who can lead us to the next level by utilizing the latest technology and systems within the finance function. You are a frontrunner and are confident in working in a high-speed environment. You also know how to live by our values: Open, Ambitious, and Caring. We believe that successful candidates have a higher financial degree at Master's level and/or CPA and solid experience within the finance function. The position is located at the Headquarters office in Bergen and reports to the CFO.
