Grieg Seafood - System Architect

Grieg Seafood is seeking a System Architect to design, develop and maintain scalable and secure IT solutions that enable the company’s digital transformation. You will shape the overall architecture across platforms, ensure technical alignment with business strategy, and drive best practices in solution design and integration.
We are looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with project management experience, capable of translating complex needs into sustainable technology choices. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential — you’ll act as a bridge between business and technology in a modern, cloud-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain holistic system architecture across platforms
- Collaborate with vendors, project managers, and business teams to deliver robust solutions
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and integration strategies
- Document architecture and ensure best practices
- You bring solid experience in system design, integration, and modern development methods (such as microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms), as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
