In this role, you will act as a link between technology and business. You will collaborate closely with the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement new technological solutions across departments. This is a unique opportunity to lead Grieg Stars digital transformation, and to play a key role in shaping future solutions and driving growth. By being part of the family owned Grieg Group and one of the leading global operators within the Open Hatch shipping segment, you will have the freedom, support and resources to implement meaningful change. You will also be included in a culture that prioritizes innovation, sustainability, and long-term development of its employees.   We are looking for an experienced leader with strong technical expertise, and a track record of managing complex IT and digitalization projects. Experience with AI, cybersecurity, automation, or data analytics is a plus. As a leader, you are strategic yet hands-on. We seek someone who challenges the status quo, takes initiative, and finds innovative solutions that create value. You are curious, resilient in navigating various situations and stakeholders, an excellent relationship builder, and your inclusive leadership fosters a safe and positive work environment.
