I rollen blir du en sentral ressurs når selskapet skal forbedre salgsprosesser og spisse tilbud, analysere data og rapportere resultater, kommunisere og forhandle med interne og eksterne aktører. Like viktig blir det å lede og motivere team – og gjennom det bidra til å styrke organisasjonskulturen og det kommersielle tankesettet i Vimond. Som HBDO blir du også involvert i strategiske prosesser, innovasjonsløp og i selskapets markedsaktiviteter.
Vi ser etter deg som har relevant utdanning og har erfaring med å lede og utvikle forretningsfunksjoner i en teknologiorientert bransje. Vimond is seeking a Head of Business Development and Organization.

Then you should apply for the position as Head of Business Development and Organization in Vimond. As the Head of Business Development and Organization, you will be responsible for supporting and developing various business functions in Vimond. The company provides scalable and user-friendly video streaming solutions to global media companies such as Comcast, Thomson Reuters, Telstra, and other national and international clients.
In this role, you will be a key resource when Vimond aims to improve salesprocesses, analyze data and report results, communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders. Equally important will be leading and motivating teams, thereby contributing to strengthening the organizational culture and the commercial mindset in Vimond. As the Head of Business Development and Organization, you will also be involved in strategic processes, innovation initiatives, and the company's marketing activities.
We are looking for a candidate with relevant education, experience in leading and developing business functions in a technology-oriented company.
You possess strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, well-developed business acumen, the ability to see solutions where others see problems, and the capability to handle continuous change in a company that sells complex tech products in a global market.
The HBDO will join the management team in Vimond. You speak English fluently and confidently and preferably norwegian. Work location: Bergen.
